We’re in search of dedicated volunteers who can contribute their time to support our beloved bulldogs! Whether you have just an hour to spare here and there or a few hours to give, your help would be greatly appreciated.
Volunteer Application Click Here. Once your application is approved, you’ll gain access to a private Facebook group where you can offer your assistance for any of the tasks that need attention.
The list of tasks where volunteers can make a difference is extensive. Some examples of what our volunteers do:
- sort bottles from our ongoing bottle drive
- photograph VarageSale items and post to our ongoing VarageSale account
- photograph auction items, write descriptions and update the auction site when applicable
- organize, plan & put together fundraising events like auctions, raffles, garage sales, whatever other good ideas you come up with!
- Website Help! WordPress
- social media posts
- dog walks
- on-site assistance with special events such as Petapalooza
- driving – pick up/drop off donations, transport animals
- grant writing
- branding/marketing
- adoption/foster home checks
- Registered Charity set up/administrative tasks
