In Loving Memory of T-Rex
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of T-Rex’s passing. After a brave battle with Canine Meningoencephalitis, which led to secondary epilepsy, T-Rex experienced a difficult day of cluster seizures that no emergency treatments could stop. Despite every effort made by his medical team, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye.
T-Rex was a truly special boy with a rare and complex diagnosis. Though his journey was challenging, he was full of love and brought immense joy to everyone who met him. His resilience and gentle spirit touched so many lives, and he will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who supported T-Rex through donations, encouragement, and love. Your kindness allowed us to provide him with the care he needed and the comfort he deserved.
Rest in peace, sweet T-Rex. You were one of a kind. ❤️
🐾 Meet T-Rex: Your Playful, Handsome Companion Awaits! 🐾Introducing T-Rex, a vibrant 3.5-year-old male Boston Terrier with a heart full of love and a zest for life! T-Rex found himself in need of a new home due to medical reasons, but he hasn’t let that dampen his spirits. Since coming into our care, we’ve been diligently working on his medical needs to ensure he gets the happy, healthy life he deserves.
T-Rex has already undergone significant medical care, including neutering, having a lump removed from his chest, and undergoing dental surgery. In the coming weeks, we’ll be updating his vaccines and focusing on getting him to a healthy weight. T-Rex came to us underweight and malnourished, so we’re committed to helping him reach optimal health.
Currently, T-Rex is dealing with grade 2 luxating patellas, which we plan to reassess once he’s at a healthy weight. If necessary, we’ll explore knee surgery to ensure he can move comfortably and enjoy all the adventures life has to offer.
Despite his medical journey, T-Rex is a bundle of joy with a charming personality and plenty of kisses to share. He’s incredibly energetic, loves playing with toys, and thrives on walks and outdoor adventures. T-Rex is well-behaved when left alone, is kennel-trained, and has mastered house training.
We are now on the lookout for a loving and dog-savvy foster or foster-to-adopt home for T-Rex. We’re seeking someone who can provide him with the time, love, and attention he deserves as he continues his journey to optimal health. All medications, vet care, supplies, food, and support will be provided for fostering.
If you think you can give T-Rex the forever home he deserves, please reach out to us. T-Rex is ready to bring joy, energy, and love into your life!
