Meet Malibu, the resilient and lovable senior English Bulldog with a heart as big as her spunky personality! Malibu’s journey has been a testament to her strength and spirit. Rescued from the mainland after being heartlessly abandoned, she found herself in very rough shape at a shelter on the mainland, but fate led her to our loving arms.
At 10.5 years old, Malibu has faced her share of challenges, including an urgent dental surgery where she triumphantly bid farewell to 23 ailing teeth, already missing 11 teeth and now living with 8 teeth. Despite her arthritis and a fused lower spine that makes stairs a bit tricky, Malibu remains a bundle of energy, eager to share love, licks, and undeniable charm.
Her past may have been tough, bouncing from breeder to breeder and surviving street life with a homeless owner, but Malibu is ready to embrace the golden years she truly deserves. A diva in her own right, Malibu knows what she wants – a warm cozy home without stairs, no other canine companions, and a family that understands her regal preferences & demands.
Don’t let her age fool you; Malibu is a vibrant soul who thrives on snuggles, couch time, and reminding her humans when it’s dinner o’clock. She has some ongoing health needs that will continue ongoing and will need our vet teams attention in Victoria, but Malibu is worth every bit of the extra care.
